What is the estimated delivery time?We understand that you want your NIENZ as soon as possible. However, every step of the process is handles with care and with a limited stock available we want to make ensure a sustained order- and packaging process. Hence, the estimated delivery time is around 1-2 weeks: we aim to send you a track&trace within one week. If the product can be pre-ordered, the expected delivery details will be shown with the product details. But we promise you; It's worth the wait.

How can I return my bag?If you’re considering a return, we’re here to help. Just send us an email at nienzthebrand@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the bag is unused and in its original packaging. Keep in mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
