By placing an order with NIENZ you agree to the following terms and conditions. All prices on the website are in Euros and payment is due at the time of purchase. Shipping within the Netherlands is included in the price, while international orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Please allow up to 1 week for processing and shipping, unless otherwise stated (e.g. for pre-orders).

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at nienzthebrand@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that customised or limited edition items may not be eligible for return.
